SERVICE

Keep your assets and approved copy in one place.

We set up shared libraries for visuals and for text, and connect them to your templates, so that each item is stored once and used wherever it is needed.

THE PROBLEM
001

Scattered files

Assets spread across shared drives, asset management tools and email attachments take time to find, and their versions are hard to check.

002

Content separate from templates

Copy sits in spreadsheets and images in folders, so a finished design cannot be produced until someone joins them by hand.

003

Manual translation

Localisation turns into copying and pasting between documents, and every additional market adds repetition and errors.

HOW WE WORK
001

Audit what exists

We list your current assets, copy and translations, and where each is kept.

002

Structure and tag

We agree a structure, tags and naming, and move the files into it.

003

Connect to templates

We link library items to the fields in your templates.

004

Hand over

Your team receives the working libraries, written documentation and a walkthrough.

WHAT WE BUILD

Asset library

Logos, product images, backgrounds, video and design elements are stored once, tagged, grouped and reused across templates.

Copy library

Approved messaging is stored by market, campaign or product, with translations kept together and linked to template fields.

Translation sheets

For each template we produce an editable sheet listing every text layer. Translations are added in columns and imported back to update the linked templates.

Market tags

Tags can record the markets in which an asset may be used.
